These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 92pak7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the services available at 92pak7.org and its associated sub-domains and mobile applications.

By creating an account on 92pak7, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• All information you provide to 92pak7 is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the 92pak7 platform including, without limitation, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, sports betting, fantasy sports products, and any promotional or bonus features.

Access to and use of 92pak7 is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 92pak7 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Users found to be under the minimum age requirement will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 92pak7. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details — including name, date of birth, residential address, and payment information — must be accurate and truthful. 92pak7 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information at any time.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the 92pak7 platform or any related service.

Upon successful registration, 92pak7 assigns each user a unique account. You are solely and entirely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and proper use of your account. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Immediately notify 92pak7 via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full financial liability for all activity conducted under your account credentials, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally, unless you have notified 92pak7 of unauthorised access in advance.
• Ensure your account contact details — email address and phone number — remain current and accurate at all times.

92pak7 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 92pak7 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All financial transactions on 92pak7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pak7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 92pak7 targets withdrawal processing within two (2) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary.
• 92pak7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment account screenshots — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is not punitive.
• Any funds deposited into a 92pak7 account are held solely for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. 92pak7 does not pay interest on deposited funds.
• 92pak7 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

92pak7 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only. 92pak7 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 92pak7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any already-active wagering obligations at the time of cancellation are honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or using third-party software to exploit promotions — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All betting and gaming activity on 92pak7 is governed by the specific game or market rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general Terms. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant game rules before placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 92pak7 does not accept requests to void or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of clear system error, as determined by 92pak7 at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or sporting event, 92pak7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's account balance.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live data feeds from licensed sports data providers, as applicable. All RNG systems used on 92pak7 are independently audited for fairness.
• Maximum win limits per single wager or per day may apply to certain game categories and will be communicated in the relevant game rules or product documentation.
• 92pak7 reserves the right to limit or restrict the wagering activity of any account at any time, including placing maximum stake limits, without providing specific reasons for doing so.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pak7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or back-end infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping in poker or live table games.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or IP masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by 92pak7.

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the 92pak7 platform — including but not limited to the 92pak7 brand name, logo, website design, software code, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of 92pak7 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 92pak7.
• Use the 92pak7 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose, including advertising, resale, or affiliate activities not formally authorised by 92pak7.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak7, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from account compromise due to your failure to maintain credential security as set out in Section 3.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or data provided by third-party sports data feeds where the inaccuracy was beyond 92pak7's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92pak7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

92pak7 is unconditionally committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools and resources to help users maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts to be reminded of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may apply a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from 92pak7 may do so via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications are available to alert users of session length and aggregate wagering amounts.

Either party may terminate the user's account and this Agreement at any time.

Termination by User: You may close your 92pak7 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination by 92pak7: 92pak7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

In cases of termination for cause, 92pak7 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to permanently forfeit those balances.

92pak7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 92pak7 will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 92pak7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 92pak7.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pak7 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to first contact 92pak7's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 92pak7 is committed to resolving genuine disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 92pak7's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their immediate legal rights.
